Purchasing a Gift Card:

1. Submit the details above and we will contact you for payment within 24 hours. This may be a phone call to clarify any details to an emailed invoice to the Purchaser's email address.

2. Payment is due within 24 hours of receipt invoice. PayPal is the preferred payment method but we will accept Cheque, Bank Transfer or Payment Over the Phone. Failure to make payment will result in the Gift Card being cancelled.

3. After the payment has been cleared, we will dispatch the Gift Card as requested.

Redeeming a Gift Card:

The recipient should make us aware of their intention to use a Gift Card at time of booking. We will follow the normal booking process but the base rental rate will be reduced by the value of the Gift Card. We will need the unique Gift Card code, registered Recipient details and Purchaser's details before the reduction can be made on the booking.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Gift Cards cards are redeemable for bookings at Tirylan Barns only.
2. When using a Gift Card, the full balance of the stay is payable at time of booking.
3. A Gift Card can only be used once.
4. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months after purchase. Bookings must be made within this time, but stays can be taken outside of the 12-month period.
5. Gift Cards will only be redeemable for bookings under the registered Purchaser or Recipient name. The Purchaser or Recipient may nominate another Recipient to redeem the Gift Card within the valid 12-month period.
6. Gift Cards are redeemable only against accommodation costs.
7. Any outstanding unused credit will be held against the unique Gift Cards code until used or the Gift Card expires.
8. Tirylan Barns reserves the right to decline to accept Gift Cards where, in its opinion, a Gift Card is invalid for the booking being made.
9. Gift Cards have a cash value of £0.001 and are not transferable or assignable and cannot be sold at auction.
10. Lost or misplaced Gift Cards may be replaced subject to submission of proof of purchase, and the Purchaser’s confirmation of the Gift Cards intended Recipient.
11. Gift Cards are valid for new bookings only.
12. Tirylan Barns shall not be liable to any Purchaser or Recipient for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of a Gift Cards or any failure or inability of a customer to use a Gift Card for any reason.
13. Refunds are only available up to 14 days after payment has been received and before any booking has been made with the Gift Card.
14. Bookings made with Gift Cards are subject to normal booking terms and conditions.
